How much do you charge?
Our hourly rates depend on many variables including length of contract, equipment placed onsite, quantity of hours, etc. Very roughly we have an all-inclusive charge our rate between £18 – £21 per/hour.
Can you handle large-scale commercial cleaning projects?
Absolutely, we have many large scale clients across the South-East including many with multiple sites.

How do you tackle last minute sickness and absenteeism?
An industry bug bear!! However, we have solved this issue with mobile cover technicians available 27/7/365 available to jump in and cover with a moments notice!
What areas do you cover?
Jardak is growing but we never overstretch ourselves to ensure our service levels are always maintained. Currently we offer our services in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridge, Buckinghamshire, Essex and North London.
Are you cleaners trained?

Will you always have the same cleaner?
Do you follow Health and Safety regulations?
Yes, health and safety is at the heart of all our operations. Being ISO:9001, Safe Contractor and Achilles accredited, all our systems and processes are regularly tested and found to be robust.
Are you insured?
We hold 10m/10m EL/PL.
How would TUPE regulations effect any changeover?
We are highly experienced with TUPE transfers and take care of everything from start to finish.
Do you offer other services?
Yes we do, everything from washroom supplies, window cleaning and carpet cleaning to external façade cleaning and jet washing.
Can you tell me more about your software?
Every client now has real-time access to all contract data, including geo fenced time and attendance data, their cleaner’s profile and training history, audit records and trends, work schedules with 3-way ad-hoc work requests, compliance data, all financials plus much more and all through a specifically designed easy to use portal.
