What is Security Concierge?
A security concierge combines the roles of a traditional security guard with customer service and hospitality skills, often found in buildings like hotels or apartment complexes. They are responsible for security duties like monitoring surveillance, controlling access, and responding to emergencies, while also providing assistance and hospitality to residents, guests, and staff.
How is Jardak’s services different?
Our concierge security guards provide our clients with the best of both worlds: a highly trained security guard with additional training in the essential front-of-house customer assistance duties performed by a normal concierge, AND we include all daily and weekly site compliance tasks.

General Security
Monitoring premises to prevent safety hazards, deter any sort of theft or violence, and swiftly address any infractions of the rules of an establishment as they arise. Our security concierge teams are often assigned the responsibility of monitoring CCTV feeds and security alarms.
Concierge Services
Making every day run smoothly, going the extra mile, helping residents and managing the day-to-day running of the premises is all in a day’s work for Jardak security Concierge teams; they manage post, deliveries, waste and answer telephone calls and resident queries efficiently and effectively. All daily activities are recorded, including any irregularities and emergencies, to enable trends to be identified.
Compliance
sOur security concierge teams are trained to monitor a premises’ fabric and facilities. Emergency light checks, fire alarm checks and legionella compliance are all included as part of our service.
Emergencies
A concierge is often the nominated point of contact for any emergency. Jardak’s security concierge teams are trained how to respond to emergency situations and how to liaise with statutory services to resolve such emergencies.

How much do you charge?
Our hourly rates depend on many variables including length of contract, equipment placed onsite, quantity of hours, etc. Very roughly we have an all-inclusive charge our rate between £18 – £21 per/hour.
Can you handle large-scale commercial cleaning projects?
Absolutely, we have many large scale clients across the South-East including many with multiple sites.
What types of businesses do you serve?
We have a wealth of experience within many sectors including offices, clinical environments, schools, building sites and shopping centres. Each sector has its own challenges, and our teams are trained sector specific from our highly experienced management team.
How do you tackle last minute sickness and absenteeism?
An industry bug bear!! However, we have solved this issue with mobile cover technicians available 27/7/365 available to jump in and cover with a moments notice!
What areas do you cover?
Jardak is growing but we never overstretch ourselves to ensure our service levels are always maintained. Currently we offer our services in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridge, Buckinghamshire, Essex and North London.
Are you cleaners trained?

Will you always have the same cleaner?
Do you follow Health and Safety regulations?
Yes, health and safety is at the heart of all our operations. Being ISO:9001, Safe Contractor and Achilles accredited, all our systems and processes are regularly tested and found to be robust.
Are you insured?
We hold 10m/10m EL/PL.
How would TUPE regulations effect any changeover?
We are highly experienced with TUPE transfers and take care of everything from start to finish.
Do you offer other services?
Yes we do, everything from washroom supplies, window cleaning and carpet cleaning to external façade cleaning and jet washing.
Can you tell me more about your software?
Every client now has real-time access to all contract data, including geo fenced time and attendance data, their cleaner’s profile and training history, audit records and trends, work schedules with 3-way ad-hoc work requests, compliance data, all financials plus much more and all through a specifically designed easy to use portal.
